1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nft888 ("nft888", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the nft888 website, platform, games, and associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). • All registration information provided to nft888 must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false registration details — including name, date of birth, address, or payment method identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

nft888 complies with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements as part of our international gaming authority obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any point we determine verification is necessary.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

5. Bonuses and Promotions

• nft888 will not knowingly accept bets placed in bad faith, after an event outcome is known, or through the exploitation of system errors. Any winnings arising from such bets will be voided.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nft888 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all balances where applicable:

• Registering or maintaining more than one nft888 account per individual;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play, bet, or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game or event outcomes;
• Laundering funds or using the nft888 Platform for any activity in violation of anti-money laundering legislation;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law;
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corruption of sporting events on which bets are offered through nft888's sportsbook.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the nft888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, video, and software — is the property of nft888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any nft888 content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nft888 and its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or financial losses resulting from technical faults, unauthorised account access, or regulatory changes affecting Platform availability.

nft888's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nft888 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

nft888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We enforce a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all nft888 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.
